Why I LOVE Acupressure and Tapping

At al Covo, I offer many many types of massage, and well-being treatments. Many of them are flexible to deal with a variety of conditions, such as Reiki, Reflexology, Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Meditations, however Acupressure and Tapping have always held a unique ability to cross over the emotional and physical focus that many clients have, and therefore make it so attractive to many people. Here is my favourite 50 list of why I love them so much:

1.   Anyone can learn the Acupressure points
2.   You don’t need needles like Acupuncture
3.   It works with the same meridian pathways as Traditional Chinese Medicine
4.   It’s super safe to apply
5.   You can do it anywhere (at work, school, in line, at home, while you travel) More...

5 Ways to Clean Your Aura

Top 5 Ways to Clean Your Aura

Your aura is a soft, ethereal glow that surrounds your body and this glow is made up of faint colors. The glow itself flows through 7 key points in your body called your chakras.

The chakras run all up and down your spine and each chakra directly corresponds to a different part of your being. For example, there are chakras that correspond to your physical self, to your emotional self and to your spiritual self.

Your aura should always be a healthy, radiant glow. You don’t want the colors to be too faint and you don’t want any breaks, tears or misshapen spots marring your aura.  If your aura is always in a healthy way, then your emotions will be balanced and you will likely be in a positive mood most of the time. This is crucial because the law of attraction states that like attracts like. This means that whatever energy you put out into the universe you will attract right back to you. So, if you put positive energy out into the universe, you will attract positive and healthy people and situations back to you. This is all key to your manifestation work. More...

22 Reasons Why Massage Can Lead to Satisfying Sex

Have you ever thought about re-igniting a fulfilling, sexual experience? Giving and receiving a massage together is one way to achieve better sexual satisfaction. Here are the reasons why:

1.      1. Massage releases endorphins which reduce pain levels – ideal for ensuring uncomfortable positions and thrusts don’t cause you to groan in pain rather than pleasure.

2.      2. Massage stretches muscles, broadening muscle tissue, which allows for greater mobility and flexibility of body parts.

3.      3. Touch between two people encourages trust and a bond of friendship through the 1-on-1 attention.

4.      4. Massage of intimate areas is a great precursor to moving onto sex - you’re already making contact in the right area.

5.      5. Massage stimulates the nerves and a sense of sensuality, giving an invigorating, tingling glow.

6.      6. Massage allows two people to take turns to massage, so you can both practice giving and receiving on different occasions, developing a stronger, more even relationship. More...

Almost ALL of these synthetic additives are HARMFUL.

Is all this really necessary? Do we need to use harmful products like mineral oil and parabens on our bodies and on the bodies of our children in order to smell good and to stay hydrated? The answer, you guessed it...Absolutely NOT! More...
